Summer Camp 2024
We are thrilled to offer our 5th year of summer camp for children ages 4-11 years old!
With a wide range of activities such as indoor and outdoor sports, arts and crafts, games and challenges, water play, and more, your child will have the time of their life! You can count on us to sneak in some learning and prayers too for a complete experience. And, here comes the highlight for parents, lunch is included!

Dates and Times
This is a Monday to Thursday camp.
- Drop-off begins at 9:30am
- Dismissal is at 1:30pm
- Week 1: June 3rd – 6th
- Week 2: June 10th – 13th
Price, Billing and Refund Policy
- Weekly fee of $179 must be paid in full by May 5th to secure your child’s spot.
- A full refund is available for cancellations on or before May 19th, 2024. After this date, only a 50% refund can be issued.
- There is a $25 cancellation fee to cover the return processing charges from the bank.
- All billing will be provided through Brightwheel. Invoices must be paid within 5 days of receipt, or we will no longer hold your child’s spot for camp.
Dress Code
- Comfortable and modest activewear is recommended for daily wear. Sneakers or running shoes are the suggested footwear as there will be some outdoor activities. Girls above the age of 7 should bring in a head scarf for prayer time.
- We will notify you in advance of water play days so that appropriate swimwear can be worn.
Meals and Snacks
- Lunch will be provided daily. The menu will be sent out to registered families a week prior to the start of camp. It is very important that you list all allergies on the registration form.
- A morning snack and refillable water bottle must be brought from home each day.
Registration
- A completed registration form is required for every camper, so be sure to fill out a separate form for every child you are registering. If you have previously used Brightwheel, you will already have an account. Avoid setting up a new account, and try to retrieve your previous username and password if you can’t remember it.
Note: Preschool age children must be fully potty trained and be able to use washroom facilities without assistance (no exceptions)
