WISE Academy aims to provide education to all students based on high academic standards and to facilitate their achievement of cognitive, developmental and spiritual needs through scholastic excellence.
Academic Curriculum
At WISE Academy Orlando, our middle school program offers a dynamic and rigorous educational experience designed to challenge students academically while nurturing their spiritual and personal growth.

 

Our English Language Arts curriculum is rooted in the Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW), a highly effective writing program that equips students with strong communication and composition skills. Literature-based studies enhance critical thinking and foster a deep appreciation for classical and contemporary works.

In mathematics, students are currently advancing through Saxon Mathematics, known for its strong spiral approach, and we are in the process of transitioning to Math Nation—a digital platform that supports differentiated learning. Our middle school students consistently perform a full grade level above in math, reflecting the academic excellence we strive to maintain.

In Islamic Studies, students receive comprehensive instruction in Quranic vocabulary and studies, deepening their understanding of the Holy Quran and its relevance to their daily lives.

Electives
To cultivate creativity, collaboration, and practical skills, our students also enjoy a wide range of electives including Physical Education, Art, Home Economics. Computer Applications, Digital Design, and Odyssey of the Mind, among others. These enrichment courses allow students to explore their interests, build confidence, and develop critical problem-solving abilities.
